Jake Malman

The creation of Malman Commercial Real Estate is a natural progression for Jake, who previously was a broker associate at NAI Shames Makovsky since 2016. During his time at NAI Shames Makovsky, he brokered many high-profile transactions and was involved in over 5 million square feet of transactions, exceeding a total value of $150m.
In his new role as Managing Broker and founder of Malman Commercial Real Estate, Jake will leverage his relationships and transacting experience, providing a high-quality experience for his clients.
Malman Commercial Real Estate is seeking buyer, seller, tenant and landlord representation opportunities – in all asset types and transaction values. The firm’s focus is on investment sales opportunities through buyer/seller representation and can provide excellent service to their clients throughout the process.
Jake is a Colorado native and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from University of Colorado.
Matt Anton
Broker Associate
Matt joined Malman Commercial Real Estate in December 2022. Prior to joining Malman CRE, Matt brings seven years of experience in the commercial real estate industry where he worked with Westside Investment Partners and KW Commercial. Matt’s focus as a commercial real estate broker is on investment sales, retail, and tenant representation. Matt has leased and sold over 7,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate and represents many high-profile operators. His extensive knowledge of the Colorado market combined with his dedication to providing top-notch service to his clients has allowed him to excel in commercial real estate.
Matt is a Colorado native and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado.
Alex Padgett
Broker Associate
Alex joined Malman Commercial Real Estate in January 2023. Prior to joining Malman CRE, Alex brings over a decade of sales experience to the firm. Alex’s focus as a commercial real estate broker is on investment sales and landlord representation. His extensive knowledge of the Colorado market combined with his drive to serve his clients positions Alex to be able to provide premier brokerage services to his clients.
Alex is a Colorado native and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado.
Dan Prevedel
Broker Associate
Dan joined Malman Commercial Real Estate in August 2022 with a focus on lease negotiations and acquisitions/dispositions in all asset types and classes. Prior to joining Malman CRE, Dan began his career in tenant representation for TB Advisors, assisting clients with identifying and aligning their strategic business, financial and operational objectives with their commercial real estate requirements. He has quickly developed a trustworthy reputation with his clients through his knowledge base and accountability.
Dan is a Colorado native and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Whittier College.
Taylor Roy
Broker Associate
Taylor joined Malman Commercial Real Estate in October 2022. With his previous experience in the residential market, Taylor brings to the firm a strong understanding of the Denver market, detailed and organized transactional skills, and the ability to meet and exceed his client’s requirements. With a focus on investment sales, Taylor provides buyers and sellers with exceptional brokerage services for on and off-market opportunities.
Taylor moved to Colorado in 2009 and holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado.
Brian Tobler
Broker Associate
Brian joined Malman Commercial Real Estate in 2022. After a 15-year career in commercial banking, he is pivoting from his role as a senior vice president of commercial lending into commercial real estate brokerage. Brian is a real estate and finance expert and has been instrumental in over a quarter billion dollars in real estate transactions. He has experience with multifamily, retail, hospitality, industrial, land, office, construction, and development.
In his role as an associate broker, Brian assists buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords. He is focused on investment sales opportunities and brings significant experience to help guide his clients through transactions.
Brian holds a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and an MBA from University of Colorado Denver.
